My Bio

I am a Senior IT professional with over 16 years of hands-on experience and education that is a combination of both self-taught and professional training that has led to my wealth of general knowledge, not only in my IT career but also in life skills

Throughout my career I have worked within different industries and aspects of IT in a technical, pre-sales and sales role at or within end user, channel or distribution/vendor levels and as such have managed technical teams, sales teams and Channel partners

I believe that in-depth strategic planning and alignment with the best practices set out within the ITIL framework and the many types of project management is a key principle in the successful completion to a project or sales life-cycle and is a driver to delivering projects under budget, within schedule and exceeding business expectations 

I have a passion for innovative solutions and ideas and can effectively communicate and have the ability to rally the expertise and resources to complete a project or sale

My approach includes hands-on management and communication with all stakeholders identified which can be from end-user feedback, to support teams and administrators, to the system architects and even the service delivery & infrastructure teams and thus providing for accountability along with a scale-able future-proof deployment and have found that the challenges and pressures such of large-scale enterprise programs, projects or sales life-cycles come with aggressive timelines and are normal working conditions and need to be factored into the planning and design
